Assistant Project Manager Rami Shiblaq shares insight into Phase 1 of this three-phase waterfront development. With more space for staging and logistics than many urban projects, the site offers added flexibility as construction progresses.
Residences will range from approximately 2,641 to 2,965 square feet, while the two penthouse units will span more than 5,500 square feet with views of downtown Tampa, Tampa Bay, and St. Petersburg.

Sedona might look like a getaway—but this was about leadership.
Taking superintendents and project managers off active jobs, even briefly, is an intentional investment in how we lead, align, and perform in the field. When the people running our projects step back to share perspectives and challenge each other, it directly impacts how our jobs are executed.
As one of our senior leaders put it: “you don’t get many chances to step back in this business—it’s go, go, go. But when you do, and you’re in a room learning from each other, it sticks. You see it later on the job—it just runs better.”
This time together was focused on raising standards, reinforcing accountability, and continuing to push ourselves to be better—for our teams and our clients.
