With proprietary targeting software, a physics-driven damping system, and a 30x HD optical camera, OverWatch brings precision, safety, accountability, and innovation to the skilled trades industry. What excites TACT most is the opportunity for our students to be part of the future of manufacturing, technology, safety systems, and hands-on innovation. WHY TEACH, TACT WILL TELL YOU. This week, we celebrate our teachers, from Englewood to Carbondale, TACT. Thank you. To our incredible instructors and educators, the impact you make is not limited to a classroom or a single moment. It lives in every student you empower, every skill you teach, and every future you help build. What you give our students goes far beyond knowledge, it is confidence, purpose, and belief in what’s possible. Your work is not just for one week. It is felt every single day, all year long. You don’t just teach trades. You don’t just guide students. You change lives. At TACT, you are not just teachers. You are the game changers. Thank you for everything you do.

What do you know about Charles Schwab? At TACT, we see something much deeper. We see people who show up with heart. We see leaders who believe in service. We see a team that continues to invest in our students, our mission, and our future. Last week marked our 5th year welcoming the Charles Schwab team to TACT. More than 20 employees gave their time to clean, organize, and plant flowers, helping make TACT even more welcoming for our students and families. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer Alabiso for leading with purpose and a smile, and a special thank you to Erin Amerlan for your support and heart for this work. Your kindness goes far beyond one volunteer day. This is community. This is service. This is what building futures looks like.

On the final day of Autism Acceptance Month… something powerful began. We didn't just open a new location in Carbondale, Colorado. We opened doors. We opened pathways. We opened futures. TACT’s Grand Opening represents more than a building, it represents a belief. A belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to learn, to grow, and to build a meaningful career through hands-on trade education. What made today even more special? The smiles. The pride. The sense of possibility. This is not the end of a month. This is the beginning of something much bigger. The first of many. The 20th Annual IECRM Summit Awards was more than a celebration. It was a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with heart, purpose, and belief in the future of our students. Because of your generosity and support of the IECRM Emerging Leaders 14.0, over $17,000 was raised for TACT that night. That support means more than words can express. It helps TACT continue to empower neurodivergent young adults through education, hands-on training, and pathways to meaningful employment in the skilled trades. We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with @Tao Group Hospitality through the launch of a Culinary Training Program at @Fedcap 's Civic Hall Bernard Goldstein Center! Since our founding, we have worked to create pathways to meaningful employment for the neurodivergent community, designing programs that celebrate individual strengths and foster inclusive work environments. This partnership represents an important step forward in TACT’s mission. Beginning this summer our program will combine our strengths-based model with Tao Group Hospitality's deep culinary and hospitality expertise, preparing participants with the core kitchen skills and workplace readiness needed to excel in this dynamic industry. This initiative reflects the power of providing opportunities for all in high demand sectors, and we couldn't be more excited about the careers and achievements it will help make possible.
