Spring Farm Report! BUILD’s garden is roaring back to life: last month, we harvested 39.4 lbs of veggies and 10 dozen eggs, all free to our community. We celebrated Earth Day, hosted workshops for Planning and Planting your own garden, and composted enough to offset 366 gallons of gas. FARMSTAND THURSDAYS are back, now through October: stop by every Thursday 2-5pm to pick up that week’s harvest, right now it’s salad greens, sunflower and collard seedlings, mint and cilantro. Farmhand Volunteer Days are every Tuesday and Thursday 10-noon, and yoga every 2nd Saturday! #austingrown #austineats #westsidefreshside
