Build-A-Bear is voluntarily recalling the Heartwarming Hugs Bear 2 due to a zipper slider issue. In a small number of cases, the zipper slider could detach, creating a choking hazard.
Your safety is always our top priority. Out of an abundance of caution, consumers should immediately stop using the product and return this model of the Heartwarming Hugs Bear to their local Build-A-Bear Workshop, where they will be able to exchange it for a gift card for the original purchase price, or, alternatively, may request a refund to the original form of payment.
