Tacos are filled with protein, wrapped in carbs, and topped with fresh veggies. You get all the nutrients and calories you need in one perfect package. Plus, they’re quick to make, simple, and deliciously effective. If you’re thinking about the texture in your toppings, it’s hard to go wrong with Tacos de Chapulines con Abodo Chiles 🌶️🌮 A fresh, warm tortilla is made better by a crunchy counterpart.” Salsa and guacamole are great, but we'll show you how to mix it up Cooking with Critters style with a special, secret ingredient or two 😎 Tune in to the SEASON FINALE 🌟🎥🐛 MONDAY, September 14th of Cooking with Critters on @theonchannel

At the @nhmla BUG FAIR I invited brave audience members on stage to taste test @antsauceco & @donbugito vs boring non-bug products. 3/4 were able to correctly guess which had bugs, but EVERYONE in the audience wanted to get in on the fun by trying for themselves after the talk 🤤🦗🐜 Curious? Check out Don Bugito and Ant Sauce online!

Had a blast at the @nhmla BUG FAIR! 🐜 the side quests are the best. Javi told me he ate ants when he was a kid and I blew his mind when I told him @antsauceco exists! 🤯❤️ 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #bugfair #antsauce

@bugible X @eatsauterelle X @nhmla - May 16 & 17 💫Time-travel with us to a future haven where insect protein is a normal, home-integrated culinary ingredient, just like any other. 🚨‼️🌻This weekend, Sauterelle Foods founder Chef Lucy Arnell will be at the Museum of Natural History in Los Angeles to sample her grasshopper-infused focaccia, a.k.a, ‘BUGCOCCIA.’ Inspired by @solsnack “if 60% of bread is water then why are we just using water?” series, we’re infusing fluffy, crisp, classic focaccia with Sauterelle Classique broth. For flavor? YES. For nutrition? YES. For the culture? YES👌 We can’t wait to see you! #bugfair #sauterelle

I went back to my bugible roots and interviewed two amazing insect companies - the blogs are live now on bugible.com 1️⃣ @entein.alternative - used black soldier fly larvae to: consume organic waste at scale, turn it into protein for animal feed, and produce natural fertilizers that actually restore soil 🌻 2️⃣ @eatsauterelle - makes this really beautiful grasshopper-based broth 🍜 Read about the founder’s journeys on my blog and make sure to check them out : ) #insectagriculture #entomophagy #bugible

ENTEIN: Building Circular Agriculture with Black Soldier Fly Larvae How Bill Burns, founder of ENTEIN, went from materials engineering to black soldier fly larvae - and why he thinks the future of insect ag is local, modular, and relationship-driven. When William (Bill) Burns first stumbled into black soldier fly larvae, it was not because he wanted to start a bug company. He was a materials engineering student watching a very different kind of system failure unfold.... /2026/04/08/entein-building-circular-agriculture-with-black-soldier-fly-larvae/

What if edible insects don’t need more factories… What if they need more artists? 🧑‍🎨 I just published a profile on Lucy, founder of @eatsauterelle - musician, chef, and creative force behind a grasshopper broth that keeps winning blind taste tests. ✨ /2026/03/03/sauterelle-lucys-creative-rebellion-in-edible-insects/ This isn’t a “bug gimmick.” It’s a brand. A mood. A cultural experiment in real time. If you care about sustainable food, flavor, or watching someone build intentionally in an emerging industry, this one’s for you.
