Petals… but make it fashion.
This past weekend at @marmaladefreshclothing , bouquets were wrapped in fabrics, trimmings, and ribbons I picked out in Downtown Los Angeles and carried across the country to Brooklyn.
Fashion has always inspired the way I see flowers, so there felt like no better place for this little pop-up than Marmalade - a mother/daughter owned shop that believes fashion should be playful, expressive, and fun. On Mother’s Day weekend, it felt like the perfect way to honor the women who made us who we are.

Wrapped in Sentiment is a one-day pop-up featuring hand-tied bouquets wrapped in delicate fabrics, intricate trimmings, ribbons, and all the little details that make a bouquet feel like more than just flowers.
For mothers. For chosen mothers. For sisters, daughters, best friends, and the women who made us.

Prep for a dreamy Valentine’s Day 💝
This is what it looks like when your apartment doubles as your floral studio.
Coming off a week-long stomach flu and the loss of a few brain cells, I was very lucky to have my besties @maddycuniff and @nickyyytayyy grinding by my side for 48 hours straight.
I think we processed something like 800 roses.
Fucking roses, man. Also, don’t sleep on KFC.
Bug Florals is taking a short pause.
Rest is part of the art of living.
