please my loft can be your loft soon please!
it is located at the magnolia lofts building on vickery a few blocks from s main in fwtx. i am moving down the street and hoping someone i know or someone they know might be interested in taking over the rest of my lease. here are some deets:
• available as soon as 5/18, lease would be renewable feb '27
• 875sqft industrial style (lots of concrete) 'studio 1br' (bedroom is enclosed but doesn't have its own door)
• $1759/mo (not super cheap but bills ARE super cheap, bc all the concrete)
• pet friendly
• big covered patio
• in-unit washer & dryer
• wine fridge
• bidet
• could even leave my queen-sized thuma essential bed & mattress on permaloan for ya
i'd love to avoid several grand in early termination fees if possible and i'd love for someone to be able to put this space to better use than i was and i'd love it even more if that someone was a someone i know
