I really haven’t been feeling myself lately even though I’ve been taking really good care of my body. I’ve been hating looking in the mirror but I know this feeling is temporary. I know it just because I’m nowhere near my physical goals that I’m hating on myself. Gotta stay on the path and stay dedicated. 😤😤
