✨Reminder to please book your gel soak off if you need existing gel or another product removed!
This ensures that we have enough time to complete the gel removal plus the entirety of other services you have booked. Removal of gel polish can take 10-20 minutes and the added time that an unbooked removal takes can throw off our timing for the whole day. A removal of another kind of nail enhancement can take even longer.
✨This means that clients following you may start late which is unfair to them, and it also creates a stressful situation as our staff plays catch up through the day. While we always try accommodate unbooked soak offs, we are less able to do so during the busy spring and summer season. Any unbooked soak off may result in services being shortened with the full price of the service being charged.
✨Soak offs are bookable online under Manicures. If you are unable to add a soak off to the existing service that you selected, that means there is no time in the schedule for that combo and you need to choose another day/time. If you need assistance, or are unsure of what kind of soak off to book, please call!
