Yesterday was a major milestone for Collier & Associates as we officially celebrated the groundbreaking of our future Benton County Headquarters.
What made the day even more special was the incredible turnout and the support from agents, partners, leadership, and members of the Northwest Arkansas community who came together to celebrate this next chapter with us.
Located near Pleasant Grove and Bellview roads in Rogers, the new 12,000-square-foot headquarters represents a significant investment in the future of our brokerage and the communities we serve. Designed as a space for collaboration, innovation, and connection, this new office reflects where we’re headed as a company and the momentum continuing to build across C&A.
Construction officially begins May 2026, with completion anticipated in early 2027.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, celebrated with us, and continues to help build what’s next for Collier & Associates. The future is bright, and we’re just getting started.

Buffalo Builders showed up strong for The Lanterns on 4th Groundbreaking on April 21st. The turnout was incredible, and our team was proud to represent our mission of growth in Northwest Arkansas.
We’re excited to partner with developer Randall Hinton to bring this project to life. This project is a 140-unit residential community that will add much-needed housing within walking distance of downtown Bentonville and the Walmart campus.
