FOFPNW 2026 will be Year Two for the band Buck Magic — Hailing mainly from Eugene & Springfield, Oregon, they are a five-piece band playing hits from the 60’s through the 90s in country music. Sprinkled with a few originals, they play a lot of songs about drinking, cheating, lost love, and trucks. We think they’re a great band if you’re looking for a party… and if you’ve been to the Festival of Friends PNW music fest campout in the past, you know that’s just what we do!

A couple fun facts:
Kevin, their drummer is married to Sue (one of our cofounders!)… and he’s been playing the FOFPNW stage since the start in 2023. And this year he’s playing in TWO of the bands. Drummers gotta drum.
Kat, their lead singer and guitarist, is married to Brandon (who’s on the guitar and peddle slide guitar)… fun fact, they got married the week before last year’s festival, talk about dedication! And for all the tool loving kids in your fam, Kat Choppy has written a children’s book… The Power Tool Alphabet. Go check it out! :)
