Hi everyone, If you hadn’t heard the news already, Leo needs surgery❤️🩹🐕🦺 He’s now been diagnosed with arthritis amongst other conditions. He’s no longer able to walk without physical support. He’s on medication to mange his pain, and we’re considering getting him wheels. The last slide is a video of Leo and I walking with his lift harness on, he’s very lethargic and you can see how much of a struggle it is for him. The surgery is quite expensive, and the recovery time is up to 6 months. I’ve started a go fund me, to help raise money for the surgery. There’s a link in my bio, everything helps. Haven’t been active on here due to Leo having injured himself back in Nov🩼 He’s still in the recovery process, so we haven’t been doing many hikes or adventures 💔The vet determined he had torn his ACL, but since then we’ve discovered he was having pain in his foot. He’s still limping, and occasionally hopping, on 3 legs 😅Hopefully he’ll be fully recovered by Spring 🌱
