Bub and @bonnplace made a BEER BREAD!
@bonnplace IN RUDE HEALTH Porter and freshly milled rye flour were cooked into a porridge and mixed into a dough built upon @cvmllc whole wheat flour.
In the style of a MICHE, this bread embodies all the reasons that I wanted to open a bakery on the Southside of Bethlehem. Stoked to be part of such a vibrant and diverse community.

It’s Hoagie Night next Wednesday, 2/18 at @wishfulthinkingbeer ! We’re collabing with @bubs_breads who’s hooking us up with the freshest bread and rolls for this one. We’ll have two sandos to choose from, and they’ll be on the menu for one night only, so get them while they last 😤
THE FRENCH DRIPPP-
Roast beef, provolone, caramelized onion, served on Bubs French bread with house-made au jus.
THE ITALIANO-
Capicola, mortadella, salami, provolone, red onion, lettuce, tomato, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano served on a Bubs hoagie roll.
Our standard menu will still be offered on 2/18, but beef up your plate with one of these bad boys.

Introducing TOASTED OAT…made with organic rolled oats from Small Valley Milling. First, we toast the oats and then make a porridge with them which is then folded into dough. Also has a nice portion of @cvmllc hard whole wheat flour.
Hearty and nutritious and full of flavor. It’s Perfect as toast on the breakfast table on these cold ass mornings.

Me and Bub spent our holiday break brainstorming new ideas and we’re super excited to show you what we’ve been working on!
@lit610 is open and we’re back to our regular schedule. Bread bake days are still Wednesday and Friday. Baguettes on Saturdays and the case at @lit610 is full of hand crafted pastries Monday through Saturday.
