Stepping back up to the hot plate, bubble.ldn returns with the third instalment of its revered VA series.
003 sees bubble regular and certified pwoppa geezer Darren Roach delivering a rolling, groove laden cut guaranteed to get dem bones moving. Joining him on the A side is the infamous Sounds of the Suburbs the Swag Records powerhouse unearthing a long shelved weapon that’s been quietly ageing in the archives for many a year.
Flip to the B side and the action continues with the bubble boss, Adventures of Dogman making his second appearance in the series. Closing things out is Justin Long, another former crew member of the Croydon weapons dispensary (Swag Records) stepping up with a wonky debut release.
Release info coming soon :)

@thelastarch 392 Wandsworth Road, SW8 4PH
Deep, warm bass is something so important for us at bubble. Our venue for our June date with @harrymccanna brings lashings of that, with a beautiful Funktion One delivering the chestweight.
The Last Arch is a perfect space to get down to business. Amazing sound, stripped back warehouse aesthetic, esoteric lighting.
Located a stones throw from Nine Elms and Wandsworth Road stations.
Im glad to announce that we have our good friend @huw.shippsmusic delivering a tasty mix for us. Huw is a great lad and a super talented producer so I’m really happy to have him showcase his DJing skills for all of your listening pleasure! Huw will also be joining us on our fourth VA alongside some talented fresh new producers and of course some primed heads.
Huw is a 21-year-old Manchester-based producer and DJ driven by a deep-rooted love for early tech house and West Coast sounds.
His productions are gaining serious traction, with leading labels picking up his work and more than ten vinyl releases lined up. Built around tight, infectious grooves, his sound is both refined and dancefloor-focused.
This mix is packed with his own productions alongside a selection of his favourite cuts. Expect deep, dubby sounds, low-slung West Coast percussion, acid-tinged textures, and some of his most treasured picks from his collection, all seamlessly woven into a groove-led journey.
King @lenlewis_sith ⚔️👑
Active since the early 90s with his own imprints 666recordings and Jomo records, his catalog runs from early cuts on Jumpin & Pumpin through to cult releases on Swag and Poodle, with a steady stream of deeper material landing more recently on Real Deal, Discobar, Drifted, and Banoffee Pies.
A staple of the UK underground, Lewis has long been tied to the rooms that defined the sound—regular appearances in London’s late-night circuit cementing his place in the original wave of tech house. His influence runs deep, threading through generations of DJs drawn to that stripped-back, groove-first approach that prioritizes function over flash.
We’re excited to be hosting Len and @bubble.ldn59 in LA tomorrow - link in bio
What do you think these 3 tracks are titled in Len’s USB? 🤔
Introducing @jake_e_hodgkinson
As co-founder of Real Deal, Jake’s been pushing a stripped-back, groove-led sound built for the late hours, showing up regularly at underground sessions across London and beyond for imprints like Wiggle, Bubble, and Real Deal. His sets lean patient and deliberate—letting the room breathe while moving it. Jake’s about tension, timing, and keeping things moving start to finish.
In light of our party, here are 3 records Jake highlights as staples in his bag. You may hear it coming on Friday!
1. Moody B - C’mon Untitled Mix 2
Moody B meets DJ Buck on Leaf. Moody, broody business. I picked this one up recently on a digging trip in Holland. In the bag for the show
2. DJ Buck - Release The Tension
Trailblazing and seminal west coast production from the late great DJ Buck. Found this around 10 years ago in Notting Hill Music Video exchange for £1. Has been a regular in my bag since.
3. DJ Ali - Microdot
My first DJ Ali record and my favourite. Another pioneer and incredibly talented late producer who had a penchant for deep, meaningful and twisted grooves. This one on a deeper more spiritual tip. Perfect for sunrise or an after party. RIP Ali!
