Last week, the Faculty of Computing & Data Sciences and Computer Science hosted an exclusive Industry Connections information and networking session offering students an opportunity to directly engage with many world-class companies. Representatives from Akamai, Amazon, Cloudflare, Google, JustAppraised, Meta, Microsoft, RedHat, Snyk, and Toast met with our students and shared their open positions and advice on how to stand out when applying. This was followed by a panel with faculty on the topic of how to structure computer science education in the age of AI. Thank you to our students, faculty, and the company representatives who joined us!
