That’s why we built a system to change the story — one where breaking sustains the body, fuels longevity, and expands creativity well into all life endeavors in the future.

Let’s not beat around the bush- biting is fraudulence. Back in the 90s, originality was the standard. If you bit — if you copied someone else — you weren’t just stealing a move. You were adopting their biases, and even worse — their limitations. You were shrinking your own potential by living in someone else’s blueprint. Breaking taught me to move like me. To think for myself. To create from my core — not just for the spotlight, but for survival. Because in breaking, your style is your fingerprint. Your movement is your message. And the highest form of expression is when it’s undeniably, unapologetically you. Now I teach this next generation that originality isn’t just cool — it’s critical. Kobe and MJ both pointed to the same truth: greatness wasn’t built through early specialization alone.
MJ was playing baseball at 12.
�Today, too many kids are pushed into hyper-specific training before building an actual human foundation.
Even breaking — one of the most comprehensive movement arts on the planet — can create maladaptations when the foundation is incomplete.
Breaking develops:�✔ rhythm�✔ coordination�✔ locomotion�✔ suspension�✔ creativity�✔ athleticism
But it still lacks one of the most important human functions: efficient force propulsion.
This is why the @functionalpatterns “Big Four” matter:�Stand. Walk. Run. Throw.
These are foundational human movement patterns that should precede sport specialization.
Not enough elders speak openly about the chronic pain, bone distortion, injuries, surgeries, and anxiety that accumulate from years of dysfunctional adaptation.

At this Spring Skill Acceleration Camp, we’re introducing a focused Air Mechanics Intensive led by @isiahjackson — designed to help athletes move with more power, control, and confidence.
Air Mechanics develops:

For me Breakin started on card board and concrete.
Raw. Reactive. Survival energy.
Expression was born there.
Then it moved into studios.
Mirrors. Counts. Choreography.
Cleaner… but still missing something.
Now it’s evolving into the Training Center.
Not just a place to rehearse.
A lab to build humans.
Because environment shapes behavior.
And structure shapes behavior.
And behavior determines quality of life.
Concrete builds toughness.
