Meet the speakers:
@carolinamunhoz - Carolina Munhóz is an award-winning Brazilian-American fantasy and sci-fi author and screenwriter with over 11 best-selling novels. Munhóz was the showrunner of the Netflix Original series “The Chosen One” (O Escolhido), where she adapted the Mexican series “Niño Santo” from Diego Luna and Gael García Bernal for Brazil. She has also ventured into comics writing for DC Comics and Marvel Entertainment.
@bskubs - Beto Skubs was a writer-producer on Grey’s Anatomy for three seasons. Skubs not only brings stories to life through his storytelling, but also expands his knowledge by sharing his experiences, educating, and inspiring others across both South and North America.
@gabilopess - Gabi Lopes is an award-winning Brazilian actress, producer, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in film, television, and digital media. Lopes is a powerful voice for Gen Z in Brazil as she continues to bright the entertainment and advocacy.
@grosteinandrade - Fernando Grostein Andrade is a filmmaker, author, musician, and entrepreneur. He directed and produced the feature film Abe, starring Noah Schnapp (Stranger Things) and Mark Margolis (Breaking Bad), which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was released internationally.
