Today I say farewell to a dear friend, David James. He was my invigilator for the practical work as part of my City and Guilds in Upholstery. He was also an instrumental part of The Guild of Traditional Upholsterers joining the committee in the late 1980s.
He’s sitting with a founder member Stuart Beaumont who is also sadly no longer with us.
