Architecture born from stone Villa Albenya by Estudio Cano rises from the Mallorcan rock. The building grows out of the terrain, shaped by the topography itself.

Nacaré takes its name from nacre. The substance that forms inside shells, layer by layer, until it becomes something worth keeping. Twenty homes on the beachfront of the Costa del Sol. Terraces up to 132 m² facing the Mediterranean. Over 1,000 m² of shared spaces that feel like part of the home, not an add-on. Clean lines. Natural light. No excess. A residence in Calvià that integrates with the terrain instead of imposing itself on it. Set on a steep plot, large concrete bands cut through the vegetation, organizing spaces around views toward the bay. The public zone sits on the top floor, capturing the best views. Distribution in parallel bands: covered living and kitchen area, large terrace as direct extension, pool oriented to the sea. The walkable roof becomes an outdoor space with panoramic views. Modern concrete structure merging with the natural landscape. Casa SJ52

Les Esplanes Three luxury mountain homes in dialogue with each other, each with unique conditions. Arranged at different levels, following the natural slope. Open views from all. Total privacy. Pieces integrated organically, minimizing visual and constructive impact. Perfect balance between modern and warm. Architecture @co_arquitectura

Vuit Vents | Palma Conceived as a threshold between city and calm, Vuit Vents introduces a quieter way of living in Palma. Just eight residences shape the project. A deliberate scale that prioritises privacy, light and spatial clarity over density. Each apartment is designed to extend outward. Large openings frame distant views of the sea and Bellver Castle, while natural light becomes the main architectural material. The ground floors dissolve into private gardens. The penthouse opens upwards, with its own pool and uninterrupted horizon. In between, interiors remain calm, precise and connected to the outside. Shared spaces such as the indoor pool, gym and sauna are integrated without disrupting the overall sense of stillness. A residential project where urban proximity coexists with a slower, more deliberate rhythm. Architecture @sanchezcantalejo_tomas

A new urban hospitality project in Alicante. Located on Avenida Doctor Gadea, this development by Kategora Real Estate reinterprets the architectural identity of the original building while preserving key historical elements. Designed by @aicequip with interiors by @made.studio.es , the project draws inspiration from Alicante in the 1970s, integrating elements such as the original balcony railings and historic hydraulic tiles into a contemporary hospitality concept. TEPPANYAKI The project reinterprets Casa Bon’s interior courtyard as a gastronomic stage, where a central teppanyaki table articulates the spatial and culinary experience. The proposal discreetly integrates auxiliary equipment into lateral niches, visually freeing the space to enhance the connection between diners and chefs. This architectural intervention reinforces the existing courtyard’s articulating character, intensifying the social dynamics of the ensemble while maintaining spatial clarity and visual openness toward the perimeter. Casa Gunni introduces a new chapter, where a complete vision of living becomes real. Not just a home, but a fully tailored environment shaped with precision and intent. Furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, wellness areas, surfaces, joinery, wardrobes, lighting, art and styling come together as one cohesive idea. The result is a space defined by clarity and purpose, where every detail responds to the natural flow of daily life. A home that feels thoughtful, expressive and designed to be lived with depth and ease. Architecture @terrazabalear Visualization @bside_visuals

Trafalgar Apartment Quiet elegance, designed for thoughtful living. A bright bay window draws in the light, while the built-in kitchen flows seamlessly into a custom dining table that feels almost sculptural. Original Nolla mosaics and Sant Vicente stone ground the space in texture and history.
Calm, precise, and made to adapt. Architecture: @spagat.xyz Visualization: @bside_visuals

Despite its raw look, slate’s rich tones and natural texture work in modern and rustic spaces alike. It’s just at home in dreamy bathrooms and grand entries as it is in mudrooms or outdoor areas. Client: @tilebar Visualization: @bside_visuals
