This week, the Brown Skin Girls Network had the incredible honor of partnering with @sheboss_global for their official launch of the Global Retreat in Doha, Qatar. 🇶🇦
The experience was nothing short of transformative. We were captivated by Aisha Alfardan, Vice Chairwoman of the @qbwa_businesswomen Association, whose words struck a deep chord within our community. She reminded us that “the greatest achievement of leadership is not what you accomplish for yourself, but what you leave behind for others.”
This sentiment is the very foundation of everything we do.
The energy in the room over the two conference days was electrifying. We witnessed history in the making—listening to trailblazers like Beatrice, who signed the first deal for an African company to own an oil plot. Moments like these prove that when women show up for each other, barriers don’t stand a chance.
But we need your help to keep the momentum going.
This year, we launched the BSGN1000 initiative. Our goal is to impact 1,000 women in 2026 through mentorship, resources, and community. We cannot do this alone.

Capturing hope in Ghana this April 2025 ✨
The BSGN Foundations team visited Ashaiman Municipal Hospital to deliver oxygen cylinders and care packages to the maternal unit and share words of encouragement with new mothers. Our work is just beginning as we strive to support women on a global scale.
During our visit, we discovered that several mothers had not yet settled their medical bills and were waiting for discharge and made a donation of 10,000 GH Cedis l. In a true spirit of community, the BSGN Founders and Elevators rallied together to ensure every single mother’s bill was paid. 💙
