The key here isn’t creating more. It’s distributing better.. how many platforms are yall on and what differences do you see in the engagement?

When I say ā€œdefine the dnaā€ of my content system what I mean is I have to consider the positioning + messaging + visuals… and commit. Determining your position will anchor your motives and keep your ā€œselfā€ grounded. Your messaging will, I believe, be what brings your target audience to the front row. Visuals really could be formats here.. the settings and aesthetics you wanna cycle through to keep it predictable, purposed, and dynamic. You can try this out for yourself and see what clarity and inspo it brings out! Share this with somebody you think can use some infrastructure >>>

Here’s a little more info on the 4 things I’m doing first to set this all in motion: 1. Define my DNA = commit to my positioning, visuals, and messaging. If those three aren’t locked in, I’ll never get stuck in the ā€œwhat should I make?!ā€ pit of doom. 2. Success = Not views and likes. Real, reasonable outcomes. If I know this, I’ll never be let down when something ā€œunderperformsā€ in the vanity metrics area. 3. Distribution = Gotta make it antifragile. Expanding my channels so Creative Partner’s digital presence doesn’t depend on any one platform. 4. CTA/Landing = Where am I sending people? Build content-to-revenue bridges. This is exactly what Creative Partnerā„¢ļø does for founders and brands and I’m confident enough in it to call my shot šŸ€šŸ Follow along. This is will work.

1. Being a Founder AND employee of your own company is stupid… Now that I’m scaling, I often leave a meeting or close out Zoom feeling like something just got done when really it’s time to act on whatever was just agreed to.. and its in these moments that I’m like, ā€œthis is really hard.ā€ 2. Trusting people is scarier than it should be. Im on Creative Partner non-stop… eat, sleep, breath this ish. Hiring somebody to have a work ethic that can keep up with mine is impossible right? Or too expensive? Idk. Maybe it’s a think less and just do type thing.. 3. I have to spend more money.. Because I’ve always been capable of doing everything myself, I have. This means I’ve always kept the check but now I’ve become the bottleneck anddd if I wanna truly go for volume here I gotta get out of employee mode and trust the right people. Less do + more trust ≠ less done

If a cow and a lion are born at the same time and raised together… when they grow up, does the lion eat the cow?
