Emmy #3 & #4! Grateful✨️ My ancestors' dreams, my Haitian grandparents' prayers, and a little girl who believed✨️

After nearly 8 amazing years on the Street, this chapter comes to an end. I think about my younger self, the little girl who loved stories and believed they could change the world. She needed to see someone like herself, not just on screen, but helping decide what those stories would be. Little did she know she would make that happen. 2 Emmy Wins. 7 Emmy Nominations. Work that truly mattered. Producing on Sesame Street wasn’t just an honor; it was a responsibility, it was intentional, and it was impactful. It was about shaping narratives, protecting joy, and leaving the door wider than I found it. Thank you to my ancestors for the vision. Thank you to my family and friends for their unwavering support. And thank you to Sesame Street for trusting me with a legacy that spans generations. I leave proud of what I built, clear on my impact, and confident about what’s next. Cheers to a job well done✨️ Next chapter loading…

This birthday felt special in a new way. No solo trip this year, just family, friends, and love that filled me up in ways I didn’t even know I needed. Just a few photos from the night!💛💛

Story time ✨️ One year ago, I decided to host a casual meetup in Prospect Park for Black Women in TV & Film. I wasn’t sure who would come, but I knew I needed it. I needed a space where I didn’t have to explain myself, where I could exhale, and where I could be surrounded by women who just get it. This community was born out of a longing for connection, for girlfriendhood, for a place to land when the industry felt too heavy. I created it for the writers, producers, directors, actors, editors, assistants, creatives, executives, and visionaries because we all deserve a seat at the table, and a circle that holds us up. Thank you for showing up with courage in spaces not built for you and making them yours anyway. Thank you for creating, healing, inspiring, and pushing this industry forward. Thank you for dreaming and daring others to dream with you. You are not just in the story. You are the story. And the world is better because you’re in it. This weekend, we’re celebrating one year of community, connection, and the magic that happens when Black women come together. Cheers to what we've built and what’s still to come.

We can’t always take home the win, but being in this space, creating meaningful content for children, and shaping stories that leave a lasting impact, that’s the real reward. 💛💚 I'm grateful for every opportunity to do what I love and to be recognized among so many incredible creators. Here’s to continuing the work, inspiring the next generation, and telling stories that matter. The best is yet to come! 🚀🎬 #EmmyNominated #Grateful #MakingAnImpact #ChildrensMedia #BlackWomenInTVFilm

✨ What a Night! ✨ Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the NAACP Nomination Reception in LA, where Sesame Street was nominated for Outstanding Children’s Program at the NAACP Image Awards. Although we didn’t take home the award, the room was filled with Black excellence—and that, in itself, was the biggest win. To be surrounded by community celebrating one another, lifting each other up, and honoring our collective impact was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Spaces like these remind me how powerful it is when we come together to recognize our stories, achievements, and the trail we continue to blaze. Thank you to the NAACP for creating a space that celebrates us, honors us, and reminds us that our voices matter. It was truly a night to remember. 💛 #NAACPImageAwards #BlackExcellence #RepresentationMatters #SesameStreet #Gratitude #Storytelling #Community #BlackJoy #TVandFilm
