Getting back into gym so I want to do consistent posting as it helped me last time. Gonna do today's post and then I'll update weekly on posts otherwise it's just gonna be stories. Trying to do short amounts of cardio to start and then back into weights.

When you tear open your cornea and have to go around like Great Value Kakashi. My socially awkward ass has had to explain to everyone that I'm not just some fucking weirdo. Can't close my eye without it feeling like there's glass in it and I can't cover with an eye patch or bandage cuz it puts pressure on it. The sun suuuuuucks so bad too.
Glad this happened after a show but holy shit I hate these flair ups and can't wait for this cut to heal fully.

2025 sappy recap
2025 was probably one of the best and worst years I've had in a while. Here's some highlights good and bad alternating to see where I come out:
💚Played with one of my favorite bands of all time that literally inspired the music I write.
🔻Got assaulted by a massage therapist and police never did anything about it, place still open.
💚Opened a card shop that is actually growing and I get to meet cool nerdy people
🔻Card shop literally destroyed one of my closest relationships with my brother and that spiraled into my family deciding to distance from me.
💚Found out what kind of folks my family are for the most part and haven't spoken with them in 2 months now.
🔻Still miss the idea of having family, but them choosing to cut me out of their lives helps alleviate this.
💚Went on our band's first tour
🤷Had a knife pulled on us? This wasn't so bad as it was entertaining.
💚Spent lots of time connecting and giving time to people who actually care about me, even if sometimes that meant driving 2 hours or so to hang with some of them.
💚Celebrated some new holidays, created some new traditions.
💚Got to spend holidays with friends and their families.
💚Reconnected with old friends I haven't talked to in so many years.
🔻My phone died at the end of the year and I lost all my pictures and videos from the year due to backups not working. (I've posted some random pictures I do have in my reel for this post)
💚Got a role in voice acting for a fan project 🙏
Overral 2025 was an emotional roller-coaster. Learned a lot about how to manage my time and how to best give it to those around me.
I know it's not Thanksgiving or anything, but I'm thankful as hell for everyone of you who I've spent time with. My business partners, my band mates, and friends are truly the best family I could ask for.
There's way too many folks to tag, so just know that if you're thinking "I wonder if he means me" it probably is. And for those I don't say it enough to, I love you guys and look forward to what happens in 2026 with what I've built and learned in 2025 🫶
