Well these photos and videos are not AI. @tanzaniaspecialist has been so good to us!! Our private tour guide Alex was so incredible ,I can’t imagine a safari without him! He’s like family now. If you want details on making this happen , you can ! When I get home I’ll lay it all out for you , airfare ,tipping ,gear, insurance ,vaccines (none needed ! If you want ,extra protection , you can do whatever you like just take the malaria pills) and we ending 5 safaris and flying. To Zanzibar for for beach and swim time an adventured! First day in Africa at @arusha_nationalpark with @tanzaniaspecialist I can’t explain how perfect today was . Rain stopped and so many animals came out to bask in the sun . It is rainy season yes but also perfect time to come , less crowds tiny but cheaper and LUSH and lots babies !!!! Our stay at @giraffemanortanzania was delightful . Lenny feed a giraffe . I can’t explain the emotions I’m having right now ! Everyone needs to do this ! @tanzaniaspecialist will do everything for you , we have private tour our guide Alex is AMAZING ! We have 11 days left of amazing adventures , safaris , hot air balloon , Maasai tribe !!
We also have WiFi tonight so figured I post 🦒 also anyone afraid of the flight !? It was nothing ! Layover in Amsterdam (7 hour flight ) then flight to Kilimanjaro (8 hour flight ). We slept and watch movies and ate lots food they served us 2 yummy meals each flight !! I love Africa 🦒🐅🐒🦛🦓🐆
Today @lennylashley an I lost our baby girl Miss Spuds. She had a long, beautiful healthy life. She only started feeling ill a few days ago, believe it or not , last week she was still playing and spry and nimble. It happened very quick and for that I’m grateful . I called lap of love last night at 2 AM. They came today at 11 to help her pass.. she was literally the friendliest cat I’ve ever met in my entire life, a delicate sweet little fluff ball who loved every animal or person she ever meet. A few years ago, she ran outside in the middle of the night. I went out to retrieve her , and she came running back into the yard, and there were two skunks under the birdfeeder, having a midnight snack. She stopped snipped at them. They sniffed at her and they just continued eating. They weren’t even threatened by her!! . That’s how sweet she was the dang skunks didjtn even care (she looked just like them as well , same size , bid puffy tail , black an white ) today is my bday and having her peacefully die in our home with us was a beautiful gift . Rip to the best bug snatcher purr buggin string chasing little momma on the planet . I don’t know how I got so lucky to have you in my life for 18 years . Go raise some hell with Batman in kitty heaven now and your doggie siblings , Stryker must be so excited your with him again .

Lenny an I spent Sunday at @goatstogo.farm for a hour long goat hike. We meet the new Alpalcas ! Got right in with them and feed them. It was magical day with a perfect few inches of snow covering all over the property .
Highly recommend them for a fun adventure ! In Georgetown mass, they do yoga ,tea time , hikes , loads of events with the goats and Alpacas !! They love the animas and socializing them and inviting us into the magical little farm world for a bit .💓🙏🏻 nature and animals is such a nice break from the crazy world we in right now ! Take breaks , get out and get into nature kiss some goats !!! (Lenny kissing the goat tho 😍😍😍)
Photo dump the Lenny and Shelley show 😆 10 months of planning/ shopping /and obsessing over bucket list trip to Africa , got cancelled , literarily day we where leaving (already taking malaria pills for 2 days ) the political unrest in Tanzania got our flights rescheduled , over and over until is was a level 3 advisory to not go from the US. I spent next 2 days , talking for hours people , trying to reschedule , get refunds until I was ready to have a nervous breakdown !🤪😭. Then we decided , let’s head to Europe and visit Lenny’s uncle and take in the sites . Got on line booked last seats on the plane , and was in Amsterdam in 7 hours , staying at the Amsterdam Hilton, where
John Lennon and Yoko Ono held their “Bed-In for Peace” in March 1969 as a peaceful protest and a form of honeymoon. It was such a memorable trip . Meet some of Lenny family’s we had never meet!! Hung in Amsterdamn> Paris >Luxembourg, to catch the Dropkicks Haywire Frank Turner .
So many trains / Ubers walked soooo much with all our luggage , was insane and busiest sleepless week ever . We almost murdered each other few times , but laughed and ate and enjoyed and explored and shop and had elevator dance offs . Now time to reschedule Africa for next year ! ( hey at least we all packed , have 2 weeks worth of khaki colored clothes in carry ons and travel sizes of everything !) this will be easy and everything happens for a reason . Time with Lenny’s family was unmeasurable, and seeing Uncle Jaap was pretty rad 😍🫶🏻
Is it even Halloween without a trip to @hauntedoverload ?! It never disappoints, I look forward to this all year ! (Also got my iPhone 17 pro day before so got to try out the new camera !)

Where do I start!? Ok last night . 5 star dining at the Eiffel Tower in Paris hotel . We were knackered , beyond belief (have you ever done 7 days in Vegas !??? NOT FOR THE WEAK! ) we could hardly keep our peepers open ,but was incredible , best view /food /company )
