We would like to thank every one of you for helping us sell out our biggest hometown show to date.
Almost 200 of you crammed into Rocco’s to watch us perform “A Field Of Manmade Fires” from start to end. That means everything to us.
We have so much more to share with you, but for today, thank you ❤️🔥

Glasgow alt‑rock band BRSR are fast becoming one of Scotland’s most compelling new voices, known for their powerful blend of atmospheric guitars, driving rhythms, and emotionally charged vocals. Their sound balances raw intensity with cinematic scale, creating a distinctive identity that has earned them growing attention across the UK and beyond.
Since forming in 2022, BRSR have built a reputation for electrifying live performances, taking the stage at some of Glasgow’s most iconic venues including King Tut’s, McChuill’s, and Audio. Their shows are defined by tight musicianship, dynamic energy, and a sense of urgency that mirrors the themes running through their music.
The band’s rise has been championed by Amazing Radio USA & UK, with Jim Gellatly praising them as “the mighty sound of BRSR.” Their third single, Portals, released 30 January 2026, marked their boldest step yet, a darker, more expansive track that pushes their sound into new territory while staying rooted in the emotional weight that defines their work.
Portals leads directly into their debut album, A Field of Manmade Fires, arrived 27 February 2026. The album was fully recorded live, capturing the band’s chemistry in its purest form and preserving the grit, tension, and immediacy of their performance. It’s a body of work that explores disconnection, resilience, and the human condition through a lens that feels both intimate and explosive.
With a loyal live following, growing radio support, and a debut album that showcases their unfiltered power, BRSR are poised for a breakout year, a band ready to push beyond Glasgow and make their mark on the wider alt‑rock landscape. #explore #scotland #glasgow #fyp #music
