Join us in the Brown Palace Club for Sip & Stir, an interactive mixology class led by a professional mixologist. You’ll learn to craft standout cocktails—plus a thoughtfully made spirit-free option—in a hands-on setting.
Held the last Saturday of each month at 2 PM.
Your ticket includes two cocktails, one non-alcoholic beverage, take-home recipe cards, branded swag from the featured spirit, and a cheese board to enjoy before and after class.

We were honored to bring the @justingreatwest custom hat experience to The Brown Palace, surrounded by an incredible crowd celebrating tradition, craftsmanship, and community!
So many people came through to see the iconic steer, enjoy the festivities, and make custom hats live on site - an unforgettable experience all around.

Happy hour highlights include $2 freshly shucked oysters (East or West Coast), sticky honey-glazed wings, prime rib sliders, barbacoa nachos, hatch green chili queso, and a few nostalgic favorites done right.
