As part of our Business of Tennis series, Brian Vahaly, Chairman and President of the USTA and Brown Advisory Client Advisor, shared an insider perspective on the forces shaping the sport today.
From macro trends driving growth to emerging opportunities across the tennis ecosystem, Brian brought a unique lens shaped by both his professional playing career and leadership at the highest levels of the game.
A highlight moment: celebrating the sport on its biggest stage—pictured here with 2025 US Open Men’s champion Carlos Alcaraz.
Thank you to everyone who joined us across this series—we’re proud to continue fostering conversations at the intersection of sport, business, and leadership.
The Baltimore Breakfast Series is back—and what an incredible kickoff it was.
We gathered to spotlight local filmmakers Sam LeGrys and John Benam and their inspiring project, Chesapeake Rising—a documentary highlighting the beauty of the Chesapeake Bay and the ongoing efforts to protect it.
Guests had the chance to dive into a meaningful conversation about the Bay’s ecosystems, the power of storytelling, and how film can inspire real-world action. We also heard from Kahlil Kettering, Executive Director of The Nature Conservancy’s Maryland/DC Chapter, who shared insights on conservation work happening right here in our region.
This event reminded us exactly why we love the Breakfast Series—bringing together passionate leaders, creative voices, and changemakers who are making an impact in Baltimore and beyond.
