Just a quick update regarding the packaging for our Hybrid Tints and all tint collections. Transparency is important to us, so we wanted to keep you informed about a recent packaging transition.
Our original pump design is currently being phased out. Due to a temporary shortage in sourcing and producing the original pump, we had to quickly find an alternative solution to avoid products going out of stock for an extended period of time. We sourced a temporary pump through a U.S. supplier so we could continue fulfilling orders without major delays.
For us, keeping your favorite products available was more important than pausing production over packaging aesthetics. We knew a long-term sellout would create frustration and delays for everyone, and we wanted to avoid that as much as possible.
The temporary pump shown in the middle photo was only produced in a very limited batch approximately 3,000–4,000 units total.
Moving forward, all of our tints will slowly transition to the new nozzle design shown in the third photo by the end of the year.
