Listening Session vol.19 with @brorhavnes 10th April 2026 322 Hornsey Road Music 7-11pm Free Entry Bror Havnes opens a new chapter with his solo debut on @lyskestrekk_records — landing the same day as this special premiere session. A Norwegian saxophonist, DJ, beat maker and dedicated record collector based in South East London, Bror (also known from @flammer_dance_band ) brings together years of global crate-digging, jazz improvisation and dancefloor experience into a sound that’s entirely his own. The EP moves through three evolving grooves, pushing into deep, spiritual territory — merging Afro-percussion, drum machines, synths and sax. Rooted in hypnotic rhythms, afro grooves and psychedelic influences, it reflects a wide-ranging musical journey shaped by digging, travel and experimentation. For this session, we’ll be listening through the release together on the day it drops, alongside a selection of records that have inspired the project.
