Run the City. Draw the Change
Two runners. One Ironman. One cause.
We're Loukas and Theodosis — two Athens-based runners preparing for our first full Ironman race in Frankfurt (28 June 2026). That's 3.8 km swimming, 180 km cycling, and a full 42km marathon.
But we're not just training for ourselves! Every training run we do draws a shape on the map of Athens using GPS - hearts, stars, running figures etc. Each shape tells a story about accessibility, inclusion, and the right to move freely in your own city.
All funds go to IONAS - a nonprofit that has been training para-athletes at the Olympic Athletic Centre (OAKA) since 2007. Their athletes compete in running, swimming, cycling, triathlon and other sports. They do their own Ironman every single day.

On Sunday May 17th, at MONO Athens Climbing Project, a dynamic program awaits you with The Run Park curated by Brooks, Running challenges, Brooks Giveaways, Yoga & Pilates sessions, fitness activities and for the most daring, climbing with expert guidance.
After 18:30, together with dj sets we turn up the volume in full party mode!
