Hey there! I made a brand new YouTube channel and I sure would appreciate it if you headed over there so that you can like the videos and subscribe to the channel. How else are you going to get all the latest updates and cool videos from all the neat stuff I work on? Link is in my bio or copy below:

I’m a few weeks behind on this but wanted to make an appreciation post for a film I got to help shoot in February called “Grubbadoo”. It’s a creepy horror feature directed by @pjmarino1 and @evanmortonfilm , with producer @officialtessamunro , and starring @devynkohl , @merrickhanna , and @bekahk . It’s one of several projects this year where I’ve got to film with Evan and @jordanring7 and it’s been so much fun. Thanks to these guys for bringing me onboard! While I did some camerawork I mostly assisted Evan and it was cool to take on a different set of tasks during filming, but Evan was open to my creative suggestions too. Always nice to feel heard, not everyone in film is that way. Can’t wait to see how this film comes together in the edit, and I’ll be doing some visual effects as well.

Love this shot that @jordanringphotography captured last night at a Screenrant event for Predator: Badlands. It’s been fun doing more camera gigs this year! Thank you @evanmortonfilm for bringing me on this shoot.
There is a better-than-zero percent chance you’ll see me walking around in a couple scenes in Apex Predator’s Club. I did my best serious face! Just don’t look too closely at my mini-crossbow, it’s not loaded or nothing.
All wrapped on @theapexpredatorsclub , @thejhorton ‘s newest film. It’s always an honor to be asked to help bring someone’s vision to life, and it’s a rarity to continue to work with such wonderful people time and again. Thanks to @actressashley and @kevincaliber for always bringing me along on their projects, to good friends on set like @rachelamandabryant , to @newtontonewtonproductions , @bengtuxen , and the rest of the camera team for being great collaborators, and to all the new friends and returning faces that I haven’t seen in a long time. These are the experiences we work towards, and no matter how difficult the conditions are, it’s important to always remember to have a little bit of fun. Also I almost lost an eye but it’s getting better now. Thank you @anramsey1980 , Ashley, & Jason for taking care of me. Looking forward to working on the VFX for this movie as well, but that’s down the line!
I had the privilege of attending a rally for Stay In LA, a movement to coerce the California government to increase the state tax incentive to make it easier for productions to shoot locally, as an emergency response to the state of the industry.
It’s been a rough few years for the entertainment industry and so few projects film in Los Angeles. Filmmakers in every department are suffering from a lack of work. The State and City are in financial crisis and are working too slowly to make effective change. Regardless of what this movement brings, it’s good to stand in solidarity with fellow filmmakers. That’s what I love about this town, it’s an industry town, and we’re all big dreamers.

If we can bring manufacturing back to America, we can bring film back to Hollywood! 😂🥲
Coming this next year, Reconstruction, a film by Brook Hubbs starring Shawn Kohne and Ashley Undercuffler. Imagine a future where technology has progressed to the point where we don’t even leave the house… imagine the trappings of your own AI-produced echo chamber…
Reconstruction was filmed in 2023 as part of an anthology called Pandora’s Parlor. Post production has been slow, but we’re getting closer to the finish line and can’t wait to share this film with everyone soon!
Reconstruction stars @theuniballer@actressashley@maleriestanley@yaz_butnotleast and @kevincaliber

@brookhubbs was instrumental to our @48hourfilmla from the jump. After pulling Superhero Comedy @evanmortonfilm called Brook to consult on effects prior to writing the script to see what was achievable.
@brookhubbs was our amazing editor and vfx artist that stayed up all night cutting the film & somehow pulled off an impressive 9 effects! By far the most of any 48 we’ve been a part of.
Am grateful his hard work and dedication was recognized by the judges with this nomination.

Another successful Friendsgiving in the books! Thanks to everybody who came out and brought some tasty grub! This was our biggest one yet, mad props to Chris for all his creative dishes and to the folks who came early to help us get ready. Hope this helps kick off the holidays for everyone in a good way, and can’t wait for the next one. What style food should we do next year?
