BroMAD playing at @rampage.oceania is ironic comedic genius that even Larry David couldn’t compete with 😩
Forget about the fact that this is easily the biggest show I’ve ever been booked for and that my album (probably) comes out the day before and that playing for Rampage is basically a dream come true and I’m basically playing alongside all my friends 🥹. POINT IS if you aren’t there to see it that I am legally within my rights to sue you for damages 💚
Expect this to be a HUGE set with (most) of the songs on the album played out in full and a couple of other goodies too 👀 Might have some surprises in store you won’t be expecting 🤔
Cannot wait to see all of you there, I’m so stoked to be playing such a well known festival 🥹
“A trend that needs to die is this ‘drop to drop to drop’ style of mixing... your set gets boring fast.” 🛑🔊
Meet Bromad, the Perth-based producer and DJ whose sound sits perfectly at the intersection of retro PlayStation 2 nostalgia and heavy 808 drum machines.
With 16 years of experience behind the decks, Bromad is a serial set-prepper who has fully embraced the Trap genre. Knowing exactly how to pace a set to build maximum anticipation, his crowd-reading abilities recently led to him throwing a legendary, shoulder-to-shoulder rave right in the middle of Billy Lee’s Chinese Restaurant.
In this week’s Track of the Week feature, we discuss:
🛑 The Hot Take: Why the modern trend of ADHD “drop-to-drop” mixing ruins the audience experience.
🎮 The Inspiration: How completing immersive video games sparks his best studio work.
🥟 The Highlight: Putting the “boil” in Boiler Room at Billy Lee’s.
🎙️ The Technique: Thrashing his vocal stems through digital guitar amps.
TRACK OF THE WEEK: “RAIZE EM UP! (feat. Wesley Black)”
A heavy-hitting Trap weapon featuring custom-built brass and slammed, distorted vocals.
Swipe to let the set breathe. 👉

Unreal that y’all have gotten me and @wesleyblacktv to No. 12 on @beatport
Trap/Future Bass, thank you so much 😭💚
If we crack top 10 this week, me and @bafilion will drop our @touch.bass set next week (and realistically we’ll probably do that anyway but y’know).
Its been quite a busy and hard couple of weeks so its this type of response that encourages me to keep going and keep grinding 💚 Hopefully this keeps up and we can crack the top 10 💪

Every layer. Every sound. Changes everything.
Started with nothing, built this piece by piece.
Now it sounds like a problem.
Every layer here has its own place in the frequency range.
Dropping Friday.
