REST IN PEACE
Last night kylar passed away peacefully in my arms. I always knew the worst day of my life would be when I look down and you would be gone and the truth is it’s much worse than I imagined. I’m not going to get emotional because I can’t even begin to put it in words but the ones that truly know me will understand exactly how this feels without me saying anything.
I always remembered folk saying I had ruined my life when I got kylar and the reality was the exact opposite. I was in a dark place back then and she changed all of that and gave me a purpose to get out and explore and to take her everywhere to places most people I know have never even been to.
I’m a big believer in looking at passing away as a celebration of life and she had a great life and changed mine in a such a positive way that I’ll never ever forget.
I’m sure there’s some folk here that will have memories of her… most likely her trying to bite you for getting too close to me..
I hope wherever you are now you are doing your favourite things like biting washing machines and barking at toasters.. I’m going to miss you so much but I’ll see you again when I get there..
….. All journeys come to an end so you better make sure you are living the best experiences you can…..
New @at_the_end_of_everything release from myself and and @_saint_island_ out today. For the past couple of years after being entirely jaded with the state of the electronic scene we’ve been working away at more guitar oriented tracks drawing influence from our roots in post rock, metal and doom and slowly piecing them all together for various releases… this track was the very first one that started the whole project…. Only the oldest of the old will remember my guitar band days but it’s been awesome playing this type of stuff again.
Listen on streaming sites, YT and bandcamp…
