Entirely self-taught, Broken Fingaz Crew’s (BFC) commitment to experimentation and reinvention has been central to the evolution of their collective practice. Over the years, BFC has continuously expanded its work, engaging with animation, illustration, and set design. Their collaborations with musicians such as Primus, Pearl Jam, Beck, U2, The Alchemist, and Kendrick Lamar exemplify their ability to move fluidly between artistic disciplines, collapsing distinctions between visual art, sound, and popular culture.
We were very glad to be invited to create this 3D mural for “The People’s Peace Summit”, organised by “It’s Time” - a coalition of 80+ Israeli and Palestinian organizations refusing to lose hope.
“Because it’s time. Now, amidst our anger, grief and pain, after long years of fear and violence, of struggle, of occupation and of terrorism. The war that broke out on October 7th must be the last war, and it can be: the war after which will come peace.“
