Idk, just settled stuff. Got an apartment in Longmont to home base out of. It had been 5 months since I'd slept inside, until a couple days ago. Feels good to have unlimited water and electricity.
Our new leek, potato, and rosemary tart debuted this weekend at the Longmont farmer's market. A huge thanks to @brodskyinavan for developing this new menu item, it was a hit!
Come by next week for another new tart flavor. Winter spinach is in and we plan to create something special.
Spent two days at two different hot springs. One near the Dunes and one deep in the Rockies. Never been so relaxed. My van smells like sulphur now though. Worth it.
