We start with genoa salami from @thebutchershoppe_to sliced thin and piled high and top it with house made pickled Ontario fennel. We then layer the most delicious spinach from @broadforkproduce and sandwich it between basil pesto, garlic aioli, aged cheddar from @cheese_boutique and crumble some goat cheese on top, for good measure.

Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to visit our farmers in Stonewall, Manitoba who grow a majority of our wheat - Harris Ridge Farm! Standing in a field that will become the grain for our bakery this upcoming year was a truly remarkable experience!
We are very proud to work directly with Andrew and Patty Harris who are committed to practising regenerative farming techniques. They are so passionate about the health and longevity of the land and environment around them, and by partnering with them we feel good knowing we are supporting farmers that give back in so many ways.
All the products we make at brodflour are made with 100% Canadian grains that are stone-milled on site at our bakery everyday. Our vision is simple and straightforward-to produce healthy, fresh flour to feed our community while supporting our Canadian farmers.
Our stone milled flour is available for purchase everyday at our bakery. If you don’t live close to us, we’ve got a network of retail partners that regularly stock our products around the city. If you’re a retail store or restaurant interested in carrying or working with our beautiful flour, send us a message!

Made with a croissant base using fresh milled Prairie hard red wheat and spelt, topped with toffee-soaked spiced date cake, brown butter crumble, rum-infused vanilla mascarpone and finished with house-made toffee sauce.
