What was my turning point? After being majorly overweight for 19 years of my life along with having 2 near death experiences. Being picked on & bullied for my weight. I woke up on a Monday morning, looked in the mirror and said enough is enough.. I’m tired of making excuses for myself. It’s not only affecting me it’s affecting the people around me that genuinely care about my health. I had to come to realization that not very many people get to see a second chance at life little alone third.. I am made for something. What did I do first? The very first thing I did when I got out of class was I went and bought a gym membership. I heard a lot of people telling me that I should not cut out fast food all in one day, but I was so determined, I cut out soda, fast food, and all sugary items all in one day. I started doing countless hours of research on what I should be eating and what I should be doing inside of the gym. I started eating a lot of low calorie meals and cardio for a couple hours a day. Every evening before I went to bed, I tracked all of the food for the next day that way I knew what I had to eat. I also strategized windows of what I need to be doing for that day as well. coming up with a game plan before was the biggest benefit in my opinion because it set me up for success, as I already knew what I needed to do accomplish the next day. this is a couple of things I did, when I first started my fitness journey. It’s not going to be easy. There’s going to be lots of ups and downs, but I promise you, YOU can do it I believe in you! If you need help with your fitness journey, or have questions, don’t be afraid to ask me. I know how hard it is physically and mentally and it’s not something that should be done alone. ā™„ļø #gym #gymmotivation #gymshark #fitness #beforeandafterweightloss #weightlossmotivation #bodytransformation #weightlosstransformation #inspiration #instafit #weightlossjourney #shredded #explore #weightloss #doitforyou #staydedicated #workout #gains #workoutmotivation #gymmotivation #physique #natural #200lbsdown #explorepage #bodybuildinglifestyle

People hated when I said this… but if something truly mattered to you, you’d find the time. Used to weigh over 440 lbs. And after losing 240+ lbs, I realized something: Most people don’t actually lack time… they lack urgency. Because when your health finally catches up to you, suddenly 45 minutes doesn’t seem that hard to find šŸ’Ŗ #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #healthylifestyle #transformation #motivation

It’s not the fact that you are not disciplined. It’s the fact that you have no structure around the life that you’re currently living If you want to learn exactly how we did this comment ā€œMY TURNā€ & I will send it over to you #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #healthylifestyle #transformation #motivation

ā€œIf it’s okay to be fat… why is calling someone fat offensive?ā€ šŸ˜šŸ’€ Used to weigh over 440 lbs. And honestly… having been on both sides of the spectrum now… I still don’t get it. Because people say looks don’t matter… but they absolutely treat you differently when yours changes šŸ’Ŗ #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #healthylifestyle #transformation #motivation

Your appearance matters more than people want to admit. Get in the best shape of your life… and watch how differently people treat you. Used to weigh over 440 lbs. Now down 240+ lbs. Same person. Different body. Different treatment. That realization will open your eyes real quick šŸ’€šŸ’Ŗ #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #healthylifestyle #transformation #motivation

After losing over 240 lbs… the competition stopped being with other people. Now it’s me vs the limits I used to put on myself. And I’m not losing again šŸ’Ŗ #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #healthylifestyle #transformation #motivation

Here are the 5 things šŸ‘‡šŸ½ 1. 🚪 LEAVE THE ROOM If I felt like snacking… I changed rooms. Seriously. Bedroom → living room Kitchen → outside Anywhere but near food Because cravings grow when you stay in the environment. Distance kills impulses. 2. šŸ“‰ LOWER THE BAR I stopped trying to have perfect days. Instead I focused on: ā€œJust don’t make it worse.ā€ Didn’t eat perfect? Fine. Just don’t spiral. This kept me consistent when motivation was low. 3. ā° SET A FOOD CURFEW I gave myself a cutoff time. After that? No eating. Didn’t matter if I ā€œfelt like it.ā€ Because most damage happens late at night… when discipline is lowest. 4. šŸ§ā€ā™‚ļø STAND WHEN YOU’RE BORED Bored = I used to eat. Now? I stood up. Moved around. Walked. Did anything. Because boredom isn’t hunger… it’s just lack of stimulation. 5. šŸ“¦ KEEP ā€œSAFE FOODSā€ READY I always had go-to foods I couldn’t mess up with. Yogurt. Fruit. Lean meat. Low-cal snacks. So when I did get hungry… i didn’t have to think. Bad decisions happen when you have no plan. Comment ā€œBRODā€ if you want help getting shredded without overcomplicating it. #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #healthylifestyle #transformation #motivation
