Roger Burkhardt, our Head of AI and Chief Technology Officer for Capital Markets, recently shared two powerful insights at FIN/SUM Fintech Summit in Tokyo:
• Tokenization is gaining real momentum in APAC, with 55% of firms planning moderate to large investments in digital asset infrastructure.
• AI is delivering measurable results across trading and operations through generative and agentic use cases — with about one third of APAC firms already running GenAI in active production.
It was a privilege to bring together clients, partners and industry peers for meaningful, high-quality discussion at the first Broadridge Industry Leaders Forum in Dublin.
The dialogue focused on “Leading with Resilience,” tackling the real challenges at the heart of leadership — navigating volatility, driving change and building resilience in an ever-evolving world.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such an engaging and impactful forum.
How can advisors attract and retain clients? Client expectations in wealth management have shifted. They want personalized advice, smooth digital experiences, and ongoing communication—not just portfolio updates.
To meet those demands and build lasting relationships, advisors should focus on four key areas:
1. Personalized experiences powered by data-driven insights that show clients you understand their goals.
2. Seamless onboarding that makes starting the client relationship easy and efficient.
3. Consistent communication with timely, relevant, and compliant digital touchpoints.
4. Modern platforms like the Broadridge Wealth Platform, which free up advisor time to focus on building relationships instead of managing paperwork.
Advisors who deliver personalization, efficiency, and trust are best positioned to attract new clients—and keep them for the long term.
Our team recently joined the New York Stock Exchange's annual Tree Lighting and Global Giving celebration! We proudly featured the SIFMA Foundation, who, with our support, brings its flagship program, The Stock Market Game, to Title I schools across New York City and Long Island.
We were proud to sponsor The Greatness Code event, alongside the NYSE, at NYU Stern Fubon Center for Technology, Business and Innovation. Our President, Chris Perry, opened the conversation on what drives true success. Leadership expert Alan Guarino reminded us that a leader’s responsibility is to “take pressure out of the system” and empower every individual to achieve their personal greatness. Kathleen Traynor DeRose CFA, NYU Stern Professor and Director of the Fubon Center’s Fintech initiative, served as the event’s moderator and host.
Together, we’re building a culture where persistence, resilience, and passion help us unlock our full potential as professionals and as people.
Our associate, Jess Thoennes, lives by three values: hard work, confidence, and authenticity. These principles not only define her as an athlete but also as a professional.
This summer, our associates on the USRowing team put in hard work, proving that excellence is built through dedication both on and off the water. We look forward to cheering them on as they compete in future races and are proud to support their journey as they continue to pursue excellence.
