Project Spotlight: Underground Mini Golf ⛳
A unique engineering challenge, 150 metres below ground.
This four-storey steel frame structure was designed to enable the installation of a mini golf attraction deep within a cavern. Delivering and assembling steelwork at this depth required careful planning and a design that could adapt to the surrounding environment.
Stability is achieved using cable stay systems pinned into the slate walls, allowing the structure to remain secure while keeping the playing areas open and uninterrupted for visitors.
