Moab is my favorite place to ground and fully immerse myself in the present moment. Out here, time seems to slow down. The silence of the desert and the weight of these ancient rocks create a kind of stillness that’s hard to find anywhere else.
It’s in these moments that I can truly sit with myself and integrate everything this past year has brought.. the growth, the challenges, the lessons that continue to shape me. Moab has a way of pulling me back to center, reminding me to welcome what’s ahead with openness.
There’s just something about these giant rocks, carved by time and elements, that hits you right in the heart space. They remind me that we’re always in motion, always unfolding, even in the stillness. 🏜️
