Belated but necessary post!
I feel like in the last couple of years, our industry as makeup artists, has changed significantly within California. We all need a little help from our fellow artists to point us in the right direction, give some advice, or just be around like-minded artists. I definitely have had my fair share of thoughts that questioned if I could keep up with it all to make this into a career that's sustainable. We all know there isn't a road map to try and figure out what medium of artistry you would like your career to be in ....how to do that while juggling the gigs that pop up.... all while possibly working two jobs..I'm so not ready to give up though!
I call on @lastlooks.crew to help provide me with a mentor to help make this path even more of a reality.
Thankful for the community we have, and I truly hope I can keep doing what I love so dearly.
