Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.
A year ago, I couldn’t even walk. I couldn’t use my hands. I was trying to understand a life that had been completely flipped upside down. Doctors told me it would be a year of recovery, and at the time that felt like an eternity — something I couldn’t even wrap my head around.
And yet… here I am.

If someone had told me back then that this is where I’d be a year later, I would have never believed them.
These people right here carried me through one of the darkest seasons of my life.
Tia getting me a wheelchair when I couldn’t move on my own.
Dubz showing up with groceries when I couldn’t take care of myself.
Corbin bringing me home from the hospital and literally feeding me when both of my hands were broken.
That kind of love changes you.
This is a testimony. A reminder that God is so good. That His plan is purposeful. That even in the darkest moments — when the future feels impossible to imagine — He is taking care of His people.
I’m standing here today because of faith, community, and a God who never left my side.
God is so good. Always.

My Circus baby 😭💕🎪
We just wrapped one of my most magical mama weeks yet… spring showcase for @circusjuventas 4 shows 2 acts and so many core memories made. I was so proud of my girl. Not only did she perform in her first showcase, but she also subbed in for another act and performed a completely different routine on the spot. In addition, she was sick with the worst cold and pink eye the whole weekend. We nearly didn’t make the third show, but like a true performer, she got it together and pushed through! Nothing makes me happier than seeing her light shine. We always knew you were going to be a star. Here’s to many more performances and may all our days be circus days!

In the middle of some of the busiest working and traveling months of my year, I was still able to make time for this four-week Heels Series—and I’m really glad I did.
As we wrap it up, I just want to thank every woman who trusted me and showed up fully through this process. Your energy, commitment, and growth made this experience what it was.
This was never about being perfect. It was about confidence, progress, and stepping into something new. I think you can see that in every solo shot and every moment we created together.
I grew through this experience too. It pushed me to become a better leader, mentor, and creative, and I’ll carry those lessons into everything I do next.

I wanted to jump on here to celebrate and give you all a little life update.
I was fortunate enough to make it to another birthday a couple weeks ago. It’s hard to believe that just a year ago I was preparing for my second surgery after being in a near-death car accident. That day — and everything I went through after — almost feels like a bad dream now.
It’s funny how time passes and the world just keeps spinning as if nothing ever happened. But it did happen. And as grateful as I am to have made it through recovery and continue moving forward with my life, this birthday wasn’t just about turning another year older.
It was about stepping into a new path.
Everything changed for me that day, and over the past year and a half my life has slowly but surely pivoted in a completely different direction. As I start to build my roots in Minnesota again, I just want to thank everyone who has supported me throughout this journey and made space for this new version of me.
Grateful for another year here. Truly the best gift there is.
