Who else heard "Get married then do whatever you want" phrase when growing up?
Instant * eye roll * at that comment 🙄, which almost feels like an invisible cage that frowns upon you from actually living your life unless you get married.
We're so incredibly lucky to be able to travel, whether that's financially or just reflecting on the travel restrictions over the last couple of years. BUT marriage being a reason not to travel, nah... hope the brown girls who ever got this remark went on their travel adventures and many more to come ❤️⛰️

We took some much-needed girl time at one of our local Japanese restaurants @isosushi 🥢
We tried a bit of everything, sharing and swapping bites – everything was so tasty!
Full and happy, we finished up with a nice walk home together ♥️ just like old times; a wholesome Saturday! 🫶🏽
