As a kid in New York, the 1986 Mets were everything. The World Series. The noise. The late nights. The feeling that anything was possible if you believed hard enough.

Sitting with Dwight Gooden years later, camera in hand, felt like revisiting a chapter that helped shape who I am. From watching every pitch as a kid to capturing quiet moments in the studio.

The last two weeks were a reset in the best possible way. After a year of running nonstop, being back with family reminded me what real time feels like, no schedules, no pressure, just being present. Long conversations, shared meals, inside jokes that never get old, and the quiet moments in between that matter just as much.
Work has a way of pulling you forward constantly. Family pulls you back to center. Grateful for the pause, the laughter, the perspective and the reminder of why all the hard work is worth it.
