Breathing is one of the most important parts of yoga and in everyday life. I’m guilty of short breaths myself. There’s an old saying that the fewer breaths you take in life the longer you live. It helps with mindfulness as well. Think into your breaths. Count them, or count how long they are. Apply it when sitting down to do meditation it really helps to focus and slow down the thoughts. ✨
