My beautiful little Ernie ❤️ When I told my neighbor that he had died she said “Ernie was just a really cool guy” and she’s right, he was cool as hell. He would scream at anyone if he thought they were up to no good. He didn’t come here to make friends, he came for vigilante justice. He refused to make eye contact with visitors but then he’d shamelessly rifle through their belongings right in front of them. I loved that. I love a grump and he was one of the greats. He was also so loving and cuddly and a giant potato that smelled like Fritos and just wanted to be close. He was so serious and so funny. Did he also have some legal troubles and exhibit signs of toxic masculinity? Yeah, ok, we are all flawed but actually he was perfect and I will love and miss him forever ❤️
