1 cup blueberries
2 pears, sliced
½ cup goat cheese crumbles
½ cup walnuts
Fresh thyme
Blueberry balsamic glaze
Directions:

Top with fresh blueberries, sliced pears, crumbled goat cheese, and walnuts. Sprinkle with fresh thyme. Drizzle blueberry balsamic glaze over the top.

🍅 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
🥓 ½ cup bacon bits
🧀 ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
🍳 Hard boiled eggs, sliced
🧅 Green onions, chopped
🍴 Blue cheese dressing
Directions:
1. Remove lid from 1 container of BrightFarms Spring Mix.
2. Add grape tomatoes, bacon bits and blue cheese crumbles.
3. Top with sliced hard boiled eggs and chopped green onions.
4. Drizzle blue cheese dressing on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
