We’re thrilled to unveil The Bridgewater Hall’s 2025–26 International Concert Series – a vibrant journey through classical and contemporary sound worlds, performed by some of the most compelling artists of our time. From Nicola Benedetti’s intimate concert of personal favourites to Sir Stephen Hough’s masterful solo recital… From the East-meets-West fusion of Tenebrae and the Third Culture Collective, to the raw energy of O/Modernt and Evelyn Glennie… From grand symphonic statements with the Philharmonia Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, and Brno Philharmonic, to bold reimaginings of the familiar – including English National Opera & Orchestra peforming Mozart’s Così fan tutte – this season is bursting with moments to move, inspire and surprise you. Expect iconic works like Beethoven’s ‘Emperor’ Concerto and Ravel’s Boléro, modern classics from Gershwin and Philip Glass, and a fresh perspective from Grammy award winning composer Gabriela Ortiz. Great music lives here – and we’d love you to be part of it. Explore the full season now at bridgewater-hall.co.uk/series/international-concert-series 🎼🎻🎹

As part of our 30th anniversary celebrations, The Bridgewater Hall is inviting the public to take the stage and share their story. We’re partnering with @heardstorytelling for a special Live at Lunchtime event, ‘It Happened Here’ on Friday 18 September; a powerful hour of short, personal stories about what the Hall has meant to the people who’ve experienced it. We’re holding back one speaker place for a public submission. Have you performed here, worked here, attended a life-changing concert, or taken part in a project that stayed with you? We’d love to hear your story. The selected speaker will deliver a 4–5 minute talk, with a favourite or iconic piece of music performed live as their walk-on and walk-off moment. Submit your story via this form and help us celebrate the moments that made this place special: https://forms.gle/6aUVWrX1RWW3c8BZ8 Closing date Sunday 31 May 2026.
