Meet Kim! đď¸đĽ
Kim is a musician and songwriter of 18 years with a PhD in neuroscience.
Although she was recently brought on as a new volunteer mentor with The Bridge, it feels like weâve known Kim for a long time. Kimâs 18 years as a musician, paired along with her 10 years of youth outreach and mentorship programs, makes her the perfect Bridge Mentor because she embodies what our mission is about âmentorship through music.â
Weâre truly grateful and appreciative to have Kim on our team to help us lead the younger generations through music.
WE APPRECIATE YOU KIM! đ
Meet the Founder! đď¸
Bobby Williams is a Hip Hop recording artist, entrepreneur, and a youth mentor based out of Olympia, Washington.
Bobby has used songwriting as a tool for self-expression for the last 27 years. In 2014, he decided to teach the younger generations in his community how to use this tool as a positive outlet.
While working in foster care, Bobby hosted a few smaller songwriting workshops around the community and noticed how the youth were using them as an opportunity to share their stories and talk about life challenges. Soon after that, The Bridge Music Project was born.
Today, The Bridge Music Project is in its 12th year as an organization offering free songwriting programs to all 250+ youth they serve annually across 4+ counties. Recognized and beloved by many, what Bobby created here is truly something special and we canât thank him enough for the opportunities heâs created for so many.
THANK YOU BOBBY FOR ALL THAT YOU DO! đ
Meet Marisha! đď¸

Words cannot express how grateful we are to have someone like Marisha on our team, so as a start we just want to say THANK YOU MARISHA! For all that youâve done, all that you do, and all that you plan to do with us! đ¤
