We just made the room bigger. Bridge & Value is now an official partner of @afretrade platform connecting African businesses and professionals to global trade, talent, and opportunity. This partnership wasn't a strategy move. It was a natural alignment. We both believe Africa doesn't need more noise it needs better, more trusted connections. For our network, this means more access, more visibility, and cross-border doors that are easier to walk through. And we're taking it live. 📍 Eko Hotel & Suites, Lagos 📅 June 17 – 19, 2026 The Afretrade Entrepreneur's Festival is where diaspora business networks, entrepreneurs, and executives expanding into or out of Africa will all be in one room. 🔗 Registration is ongoing. "Did you know most international companies try to enter Nigeria's biggest sectors without ever talking to government?" Large-scale infrastructure, energy, and agriculture projects in Nigeria require government involvement to move forward yet most foreign companies try to go it alone. They attend one conference. They email a ministry address that nobody checks. They hire someone who "knows someone" and wait months for a callback that never comes. Here is what they miss: in Nigeria, government decisions are made through relationships, not applications. Bridge and Value has spent over a decade building those relationships with state commissioners, governors, federal agencies, and ministers. We don't just introduce you. We position you correctly, prepare your pitch, and walk you to the right table. #BridgeAndValue #B2G #NigeriaGovernment #DidYouKnow #PublicPrivatePartnership

One of the most powerful things we do at Bridge and Value is put the right people in the right rooms. On the sidelines of Vivatech 2024 in Paris, we hosted a select group of Nigerian startup founders and CEOs and led them to a business meeting with the leadership of the Cian - Conseil français des investisseurs en Afrique (Council of French Investors in Africa) one of France's most influential platforms connecting French investors with African markets. This is what bespoke engagement looks like in practice. Not a conference. Not a general networking event. A curated, high-level meeting designed to give Nigerian innovators direct access to the European investors and decision-makers who are actively looking at Africa. Over the years, we have consistently leveraged platforms like Vivatech to create meaningful visibility for Nigerian businesses within the European ecosystem building the kind of relationships that open real doors. Because access is not given. It is built. #BridgeAndValue #Vivatech2024 #CIAN #EuropeAfrica #Nigerianstartups

Most businesses chasing international expansion think the problem is funding. And while capital matters, it is rarely the real barrier. The businesses that successfully cross borders are not always the best funded. They are the best connected. They are in the rooms where decisions are made. They are known and trusted by the people who open doors. They are having the right conversations with the right partners at the right time. That is access. And access is everything. Here is the reality that most people won't tell you: You could have the best product in Nigeria. The most innovative solution on the continent. A pitch deck that is close to perfect. But if the right European investor, government partner, or corporate decision maker has never heard of you nothings moves. International business does not reward the loudest. It rewards the most strategically positioned. At Bridge and Value, this is exactly what we do. We don't just make introductions. We build strategic relationships, create the right platforms, and position our clients in the rooms where real partnerships are formed and real deals are closed. From Paris to Lagos. From boardrooms to bilateral tables. From conversations to contracts. If you are interested in taking your business beyond Nigerian borders , we would love to have that conversation with you. Throwback to November 2024. Behind closed doors at the Radisson Blu, Ikeja, our CEO Abiodun Dominic Odunuga brought together a select group of Nigerian business leaders for an intimate, high-level dinner engagement. No large crowds. No open registration. Just the right people, in the right room, having the right conversations about what it truly takes to expand Nigerian businesses into European markets. This is the kind of work that does not always make the headlines, but it is exactly where the most meaningful progress happens. Strategic relationships are built in rooms like this. Deals begin over conversations like these. And moments like this are why we do what we do at Bridge and Value #BridgeAndValue hashtag#TBT hashtag#NigeriaEurope #BusinessDevelopment hashtag#CrossBorderPartnerships

Nobody tells you this when you are trying to expand internationally. Your pitch deck is not the problem. Your product is not the problem. The problem is that you are not in the right rooms. 80% of international deals happen through relationships. Not proposals. Not cold emails. Relationships. Nigerian diaspora remittances hit $20.93 billion in 2024, the highest figure recorded in five years. Let that number sink in for a moment. That is more than most countries receive in foreign direct investment. That is more than Nigeria earned from oil exports in several recent years. And according to PwC, roughly 70% of that money goes straight into consumption, food, rent, school fees, and daily survival. Which means less than a third is being channelled into anything that builds long-term wealth. Now imagine, just for a moment , what would happen if even a fraction of that $20 billion was deliberately invested into: → Infrastructure projects → Real estate and land ownership → Climate and green economy initiatives → Businesses and startups with real growth potential The impact would be generational. Not just for individual families, but for the Nigerian economy as a whole. The truth is, the appetite for investment among Nigerians in the diaspora is real. What has been missing is structure, access, and the right partners on the ground to make it happen safely and strategically. That is exactly the gap Bridge and Value exists to close. If you are in the diaspora and thinking seriously about investing back home, we would love to have that conversation with you. The biggest mistake in international expansion is assuming the most popular markets are the best ones. When people think about expanding internationally, the default often becomes the UK, the US, or Canada. It feels familiar. It feels easier. But that also means it’s where many businesses are heading and where competition is often highest. What many don’t realize is that some of the most strategic opportunities for Nigerian businesses are sitting in less crowded markets like France and the broader Francophone ecosystem. And it’s not just about language. France is one of Nigeria’s key trade and investment partners in Europe, with strong institutional ties to Africa and active development finance structures supporting growth across sectors like climate, infrastructure, agriculture, and innovation. The gap is not always opportunity. Sometimes, it’s awareness. When the right structures and partnerships are in place, these markets become far more accessible than they first appear. So the real question is: Are you limiting your strategy to what feels familiar… or positioning yourself for where the opportunities actually are? This is exactly the kind of conversation we explore under Bridge and Value breaking down global opportunities and helping businesses understand where real expansion potential lies, beyond the obvious markets. Most businesses don’t fail at international expansion because they lack a good product. They fail because they’re playing the wrong game. Chasing government contracts when they should be building partnerships. Trying to enter G2G rooms they’re not positioned for yet. Or spreading themselves across everything and closing nothing. Here’s the truth: Not every business should start with B2G. Not every business is ready for G2G. But almost every business has a right entry point. The key is knowing where you stand and choosing the model that actually moves you forward: B2B - for businesses ready to collaborate and grow B2G - for structured companies ready for scale G2G - for institutions playing the long game At Bridge and Value, this is what we do best we don’t just open doors, we guide you to the right ones. So tell me… Where does your business truly belong right now? Drop B2B, B2G or G2G in the comments And if you’re not sure, that’s a conversation worth having. #B2B #B2G #GlobalBusiness #InternationalBusiness #BusinessStrategy #ScaleYourBusiness

Exactly 2 weeks ago, Nigeria showed up in Paris and made history. We didn’t just attend @changenow_world 2026. We showed up with intention and left with impact. At the Grand Palais, a major milestone was recorded as His Excellency Dikko Umaru Radda formalised a strategic MoU with LDN Advisory. A partnership focused on restoring degraded lands and advancing green development in Katsina State. This moment wasn’t accidental. It was the result of preparation, alignment, and a clear goal: To ensure Nigeria is not just present in global conversations but actively shaping them. And that was just one highlight. Across three days, meaningful conversations were held, connections were built, and new opportunities began to take shape. The work didn’t end in Paris. In many ways, that was just the beginning. Signatories to the MoU Katsina State Government • His Excellency Dikko Umar Radda, PhD, CON (Executive Governor) • Dr. Hafeez Ibrahim Ahmad Special Adviser on Power & Renewable Energy LDN Advisory • Alain Retière - Co-Founder & CEO • Olivier Follin - Senior Partner & Co-Founder Bridge & Value • Abiodun Dominic Odunuga - CEO Nigeria didn’t just show up. Nigeria delivered. #ChangeNOW2026 #NigeriaAtChangeNOW #BridgeAndValue #NigeriaMeetUp #ClimateAction #Sustainability #GreenDevelopment #AfricaRising #RenewableEnergy #Partnerships

We made history at @changenow_world 2026. Nigeria showed up in grand style. Over three impactful days at the Grand Palais in Paris, we witnessed something remarkable, Nigerian government leaders, private sector innovators, and international partners coming together to move the conversation on sustainable development beyond rhetoric and into action. Conversations were meaningful. Connections were intentional. Partnerships were forged. A defining milestone for us was the strategic MoU signed between His Excellency Governor Dikko Umaru Radda and LDN Advisory. This partnership will drive the development of Nature-Based Solutions aimed at restoring degraded lands in Katsina State, while advancing green projects across the region. This achievement was made possible through the facilitation of Bridge and Value and is the result of months of dedicated, behind-the-scenes work. We extend our sincere appreciation to the distinguished leaders and contributors whose insights, goodwill messages, and participation enriched this experience: • His Excellency Dikko Umaru Radda , PhD, CON – Executive Governor, Katsina State • Mrs. Titilayo Oshodi MCIPM, FISMN – Special Adviser to the Governor of Lagos State on Climate Change & Circular Economy • Mr. Santiago Lefebvre – Founder & CEO, ChangeNOW • Ms. Rose-May Lucotte – Co-Founder & Deputy Executive Director, ChangeNOW • Ms. Laura Marie – Representative, French Economic Department in Lagos, Nigeria • Mrs. Esther Sunsuwa – Minister, Embassy of Nigeria, Paris • Mr. AYOKUNLE FASEHUN – Managing Director, Reomond Integrated Solution Limited • Mr. Olivier FOLLIN – Partner, Finance & Green Development, LDN Advisory • Mr. Maasum Jibril – Managing Director, Azuretti Services and Distribution To the ChangeNOW team, Guillaume Maréchal , Charlotte Lordet , Ian Hartmann thank you for the platform and the warm reception. This partnership is only just beginning. And to everyone who followed the journey from afar, thank you for your support, engagement, and energy. Your voices amplified this moment. This may have been Nigeria’s first official presence at ChangeNOW, but it certainly will not be the last. #changenow2026
